Sound familiar?

When your job search lives in ten different places.

A CV in Word, a spreadsheet that is out of date, messages on LinkedIn and notes on your phone. None of it connects, and just keeping track of it costs energy.

What did I send where?

Which version of the CV went to whom? And when exactly did you apply? After a few weeks it is hard to remember.

Threads that go cold

A contact replied a week ago. You just did not get round to answering, and now it feels awkward.

Busy, but moving?

You do a lot every day. But you cannot see whether you are getting closer to a job, or just keeping busy.

Watch it happen

One card per job. It moves when you do.

Once you have made the CV and cover letter for a job, the card moves on, and Radar knows straight away.

“

I actually think I ended up applying for the same position twice. When you have read 17 job ads in one day and the overview is manual, it can happen.

How Jobpace helps

Four places that work together.

You do not have to learn a new system. You should be able to open Jobpace and see where you stand.

1
Radar, your front pageEvery time you open Jobpace
One sentence on where you stand. This week's focus, one next step, and the few people and jobs that need you right now. Not the whole list, only what matters most.
2
JobsSpotted → Applied → Interview → Negotiation
Every job has its card. You keep the CV and cover letter you sent with the ad. From the card you make a CV, write the cover letter, find a way in or prepare the interview.
3
NetworkCompanies and people
The companies and people you talk to, with status and notes. Jobpace reminds you to follow up two days after someone has replied, and after seven days without a reply. Read about the hidden job market.
4
MomentumAre you moving, and why?
This week's numbers and your jobs from applied to offer. So you can see that you are moving, even in the weeks when it feels like nothing is happening.
How to get started

Three steps, about ten minutes.

It doesn't have to be perfect. You just need your first result.

1
Create your account
Log in with Google or Microsoft, or get a login link by email. Upload your CV.
2
Add the jobs you are working on
Paste the ads into Job match. They land in Jobs with a match score and a date.
3
Open Radar in the morning
Start the day with one next step instead of a long list.
Nothing you do in Jobpace is visible to anyone else. No employer is ever notified.
Questions we often get
How does Jobpace help me keep track of my whole job search?

Jobpace is the cockpit for your whole job search. Instead of having it spread across ten different places, you have one overview.

The jobs you apply for. Every job has its own card in Jobs, where you see how far along you are. You can keep the CV and cover letter you sent with the job ad itself, so you always know what you sent where.

The companies and people you talk to. In Network you keep track of the companies you would like to work for and the contacts you reach out to. You see how far along you are with each one and can add notes as you go.

What needs to happen now. Radar, your front page, shows who is waiting for your reply and who you should follow up with. So no thread goes cold without you noticing.

I have applied for many jobs. How do I avoid losing track of what I have applied for?

When you have applied for many jobs, it is easy to lose the thread. You can end up applying for the same job twice, or forget how far along you are with each one.

In Jobpace, every job you have applied for sits in Jobs with its date and status: applied, interview, offer. You can keep the CV and cover letter you sent with the job ad. So you always know what you applied for, when, and what you sent.

Can anyone see that I am looking for a job?

No. Nothing you do in Jobpace is visible to anyone else. No employer is ever notified, and nothing is passed on.

You can read how we handle your information on the privacy page.
