System

A structured job search, like a sales process.

You have run pipelines, customers and follow-ups for years. The moment it is about your own next job, the system disappears. Jobpace gives it back to you: direction, targets, contact and follow-up in one process.

Sound familiar?

Activity is not a pipeline.

You would never accept "we've sent the proposal" as a status from a salesperson. What is the next step? Who do you need to talk to? When do you follow up?

You react to whatever turns up

A job comes online. You apply. You wait. A new job appears and it all starts over. It feels like progress, but it is not direction.

"I've applied" is an empty status

The application has gone. But nobody has asked who you know at the company, or when you will follow up.

The search drags on

Without an outside deadline the weeks slip by. That is where the system has to keep you going, without you doing more than before.

The method in Jobpace

Eight steps, one tool.

Click through the steps and see where each one lives in Jobpace. It is not one AI tool, but the whole job search in one place.

Your CV and your LinkedIn are the rear-view and side mirrors: a good picture of the past and of what qualifies you for a job. Your work profile is the windscreen. Whether it comes from TMS, Hogan, the Big Five or your talents, it shows where you create the most value, what gives you energy and what drains you. Because a CEO is not just a CEO.

Questions we often get
What does Jobpace cost?

You start with a 14-day free trial, without giving any card details. You have access to all the tools, and there is no limit to how many analyses you can run.

If you want to continue, you buy a period: 99 DKK (about €13 / £11) for one month · 249 DKK (about €33 / £29) for three months · 399 DKK (about €53 / £46) for six months. All prices include Danish VAT.

There is no commitment and no subscription that renews itself. When a period ends, it stops, and you decide whether to buy a new one.

Which languages does Jobpace work in?

The tool itself is available in English, German, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian, and you switch language inside Jobpace. The analyses come back in the language you have chosen.

The video guides are in Danish for now.

Can anyone see that I am looking for a job?

No. Nothing you do in Jobpace is visible to anyone else. No employer is ever notified, and nothing is passed on.

You can read how we handle your information on the privacy page.
